LAKE DISTRICT WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY WITH ELLIE AND NEIL
It’s unreal how fast these weeks go by since this Lake District Wedding Photography, I shot this wedding a few weeks back now and it still feels like yesterday since running around like a loon with a camera. I really enjoyed the relaxed feel this day had, it was super intimate with lots of familiar faces. Ellie was an old school friend and it was great to be there to capture her fantastic day.

I also got to see past couples at this wedding. Nat & Andrew in which I shot their wedding as far back as four years ago when I was almost just getting started. And there was Alex & Laura of which I shot only a few months ago at Knipe Hall. Great to see, catch up and have a laugh with these guys again. Seeing you get along with people at weddings really does help me connect with everyone else at the wedding. This is one of my key approaches for my style as it develops trust when aiming a camera at strangers.
Ellie & Neil celebrated at the Punch Bowl Inn, Crosswaite and got married in the village church just set behind the venue. The surrounding areas of the venue are perfect for photographs. I used a track not far from the venue which was typical of the english countryside. Using stone walls, trees and the general landscapes to build the image and define my style with them for the photographs.

I would highly recommend this venue for a small and intimate wedding, the staff were brilliant and looked after me aswell as all the other guests. It might have been an extremely long day from start to finish but I throughly enjoyed myself. I would definitely jump at the chance to come back here for some more Lake District wedding photography.
